The brake system is a key part of the safe operation of the vehicle, and correct installation is essential.

The first is preparation. Before installing the brake system, make sure that the installation part of the vehicle is clean, free of debris and rust. At the same time, prepare the necessary tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, etc., and select the appropriate brake parts, including brake discs, brake pads, brake calipers, etc., which must match the model and specifications of the vehicle.

When installing the brake disc, carefully install it and position it with the wheel axle. Generally, protective parts such as dust covers are put on first, and then tighten them with bolts according to the specified torque. This step requires the use of a torque wrench to ensure that the degree of tightening of the bolts meets the standard. Too loose may cause the brake disc to loosen, and too tight may damage the parts.

Then install the brake caliper. Install the brake caliper in a suitable position around the brake disc and connect the brake oil pipe. When connecting the oil pipe, be careful to prevent air from entering the brake oil circuit, because bubbles will affect the braking effect. And the oil pipe connection must be firm to avoid leakage during vehicle driving.

The installation of the brake pad should not be sloppy. Install it accurately inside the brake caliper to ensure that the gap between the brake pad and the brake disc is uniform. After the installation is completed, the initial debugging of the brake system can be carried out, such as checking whether the brake pedal feels normal. When you gently step on the brake pedal, there should be a steady sense of resistance, and you can feel that the brake system is working properly.

Finally, after the entire installation process is completed, the brake system needs to be fully inspected. This includes checking whether the brake system pipeline is firm, whether the contact between the brake disc and the brake pad is normal, etc. Only through a rigorous installation and inspection process can we ensure that the brake system plays its due role during the vehicle's driving and ensure driving safety.
